WhatsApp Marketing Executive – WATI | Retail Campaigns & CRM

RIDH The Fabric Studio – Egmore, Chennai

We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage our WhatsApp marketing and CRM campaigns using WATI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcasts and drip campaigns.
- Manage customer segments: New, Repeat, VIP & Lapsed.
- Create and manage Meta-approved WhatsApp templates.
- Build and improve WATI chatbot flows and enquiry capture.
- Follow up with campaign leads and coordinate with the store/CRM team.
- Track and report campaign performance weekly.

Requirements

- 1+ year hands-on experience with WATI or similar platforms such as Interakt, AiSensy or Gallabox.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API rules, opt-ins, templates and 24-hour messaging window.




- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Tamil + English required; Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred

- Retail / Fashion / D2C experience.
- Canva and basic Instagram–WhatsApp marketing knowledge.

Job Details

- Location: Egmore, Chennai
- Job Type: Full-time, In office
- Working: 6 days a week
- Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month, based on experience
- Reporting: Directly to the Owner
