About the Role

Dr. Rao's Herbal Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is an established Ayurvedic manufacturing company committed to providing high-quality wellness products across India.

We are looking for friendly, confident Customer Support Associates fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English to call customers who have already messaged us or shown interest in our products (via WhatsApp, Instagram, website enquiry, or missed call) — explain the product, answer their questions, and help them confirm their order.

This is not a cold-calling or outbound sales role. You will only call customers who have already contacted us or shown interest in our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers who have messaged us or expressed interest in our products (no cold/outbound prospecting).
- Explain our Ayurvedic products clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, usage, pricing, and orders.
- Follow up with interested customers who haven't yet confirmed.
- Generate and confirm customer orders through calls.
- Maintain accurate customer and order details.




- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
- Work towards assigned call-conversion and sales targets.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience preferred in customer support, telecalling, order confirmation, or enquiry/lead follow-up
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Telugu-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Experience handling inbound enquiries, warm leads, or order-confirmation calls (e.g., e-commerce, D2C brands, healthcare tele-counselling, BPO customer support) preferred.
- Confident speaking skills and the ability to explain and promote products.
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Must have a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Candidates with experience in Ayurvedic, healthcare, hair-care, or personal-care products preferred.
