HR ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

- Handle daily HR operations, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

- Manage employee onboarding, coordination, and grievance handling.

- Coordinate with management and team leaders on HR-related matters.

- Maintain workplace discipline and support office administration.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and performance records.

- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.

- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.

- Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS.

- Strong follow-up and employee management skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Certification in HR/Personnel Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR Operations is mandatory.

- Experience in employee relations and HR administration is preferred.
