nAbout the Role:

nWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Manager to lead and deliver comprehensive workplace mental health and wellbeing initiatives. The role will involve providing counselling support, leading a team of counsellors, developing employee wellbeing programs, and partnering with HR and management to promote a healthy and supportive workplace environment.

nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise in psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in developing innovative workplace wellbeing solutions.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

- Deliver comprehensive mental health and wellbeing services through voice, chat, video, and in-person channels.
n
- Lead and support a team of counsellors by providing guidance, training, supervision, and quality oversight .
n
- Develop and facilitate workshops, training programs, and support groups on topics including:
n
- Stress management
n
- Resilience building
n
- Mindfulness
n
- Work-life balance
n
- Emotional wellbeing
n
- Workplace mental health
n
- Create engaging and user-friendly mental wellbeing resources to increase employee awareness and reduce stigma around mental health.
n
- Collaborate with HR, management, and other stakeholders to design and implement mental health prevention and wellbeing promotion initiatives.
n
- Identify and address systemic psychosocial issues affecting employee wellbeing and work with key stakeholders to develop appropriate interventions.
n
- Support the development and implementation of workplace wellbeing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
n




- Travel to domestic and international locations when required to support the organisation's workplace wellness initiatives.
n
- Monitor emerging trends, research, innovations, and best practices in workplace mental health and employee wellbeing and incorporate relevant approaches into programs.
n
- Maintain appropriate professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practices while delivering wellbeing services.

nQualifications & Skills

n

n
- Master’s degree in Applied Psychology , preferably with a Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology specialisation .
n
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate wellbeing, workplace mental health, counselling, or a related field.
n
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis, counselling, and evidence-based intervention modalities .
n
- Experience in designing and delivering psychosocial interventions within workplace or corporate environments .
n
- International exposure or experience working with diverse employee populations is preferred.
n
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to build rapport, trust, and professional relationships with employees from diverse backgrounds.
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and supervise counsellors .
n
- Ability to develop engaging wellbeing content, workshops, and employee awareness programs.
n
- Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Passion for workplace wellbeing, mental health promotion, and innovation in employee wellness.
n
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
