Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Website Developer role located in New Delhi.

The Website

Developer will design, develop, and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance. Daily responsibilities include building and updating front-end interfaces, integrating and maintaining back-end functionality, troubleshooting and fixing bugs, and implementing responsive design for various devices. The role also involves collaborating with admissions and marketing teams to create web pages that clearly present services, updating content as needed, and improving site navigation and user experience.

Developer will monitor site performance, implement security best practices, and support ongoing enhancements based on analytics and user feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong Front-End Development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience in Web Design for responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming (e.g., server-side languages, databases, APIs) to support stable and secure website functionality.
- Solid Web Development fundamentals, including version control, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and basic SEO best practices.
- Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar) and integrating third-party tools or plugins.
- Ability to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions, with solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience developing educational or consulting service websites is an added advantage.
