Role Description We’re hiring a full-time Web Designer for our marketing agency.

We’re looking for someone who specializes in websites, with a strong eye for branding, visual identity, and art direction.

This is not a typical UI/UX role. You won’t be designing apps, dashboards, or software products. Your focus will be entirely on websites.

We primarily work with blue-collar businesses, modernizing their online presence with websites that feel premium, distinctive, and true to their brand. Think the quality and creativity you’d find on Awwwards,



applied thoughtfully to businesses that need a fresh direction.

Qualifications

- Solid visual taste, particularly in typography, layout, imagery, and color.
- Experience bringing branding and identity into website design.
- Confidence exploring unconventional layouts beyond familiar templates.
- The ability to take a high-level brief, research the business, gather inspiration, create mood boards, and turn that direction into a finished design.
- A self-sufficient approach, with the judgment and initiative to move projects forward without constant direction.

Interactive prototypes aren’t required. We move quickly, but you should be able to communicate your ideas to our development team, including how elements should animate or respond, using clear explanations and references.
