Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer & SEO Specialist (Fresher) to join our team. In this role, you will help design visually appealing, user-friendly websites and implement essential Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to drive organic traffic.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated fresh graduate eager to build hands-on industry experience, manage real-world website projects, and learn advanced web performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities for Web Design & Maintenance

- Design, build, and maintain responsive website pages using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Elementor.
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging landing pages.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Perform basic keyword research to optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings (H1–H3), and image alt text.
- Assist with on-page SEO optimization and content structuring to improve user experience and search rankings.
- Conduct basic site audits to identify and report broken links, slow loading pages, or formatting errors.
- Monitor web analytics (Google Analytics / Search Console) to track organic traffic trends and user behavior.





Qualifications & Required Skills

- CMS Knowledge: Basic understanding of WordPress, Elementor, Divi, or similar web builders.
- HTML/CSS Basics: Elementary understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 for basic layout tweaks.
- SEO Fundamentals: Understanding of core SEO principles (keywords, meta tags, heading structures, internal linking).
- Problem-Solving: Eager to learn, quick to adapt to new tools, and strong attention to detail.

Good to Have (Bonus)

- A personal portfolio, portfolio site, or sample projects demonstrating web layouts and design skills.
- Basic understanding of website performance (page speed, image compression) and Google Analytics.
