Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Webchat / Live Chat.
- Provide accurate, professional and timely responses.
- Resolve queries at first contact wherever possible.
- Handle multiple chats while maintaining quality and empathy.
- Use CRM and knowledge tools to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases as required.
- Follow SLA, quality, compliance and process guidelines.
Required Skills
- 1+ year International Webchat / Live Chat experience.
- Excellent written English and typing skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and attention to detail.
- International process experience preferred.
- BFSI / Insurance / Telecom / Retail / E-commerce experience preferred.
