1. Site Supervisor

Salary: 15,000-20,000

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations
- Monitor construction quality and project progress
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain site records and reports

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant site supervision experience preferred
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills

2. Architect

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings and detailed designs using AutoCAD.

Create 2D plans and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects.

Develop layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.





Prepare 3D models and presentations as per project requirements.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.

Make revisions and modifications based on project requirements.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software.

Good understanding of architectural design and space planning.

Ability to interpret drawings and prepare detailed working plans.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Relevant qualification in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering preferred.
