Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations of our textile showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory management, stock control, warehouse staff supervision and ERP-based stock management.

The candidate will be a responsible Warehouse Manager, managing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock, efficient inward and outward movement of textile products, proper storage, timely showroom replenishment, and smooth coordination with sales, purchase, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
- Handle inward and outward movement of sarees, dress materials, fabrics, garments and accessories.
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory.
- Ensure proper tagging, barcoding, SKU management and bin/location control.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
- Monitor stock according to design, colour, shade, fabric, size and lot/batch wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of textiles to prevent damage, stains, moisture-related issues and loss.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for timely stock replenishment.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Monitor staff productivity, discipline and attendance.
- Manage loading, unloading, packing and dispatch activities.
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety and space utilisation.
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
- Update all stock transactions accurately in ERP/WMS systems.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Logistics and Management teams.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Improve warehouse processes, stock accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
- Experience in textile, garment, fashion retail or showroom operations will be preferred.
- Experience managing warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.
- Positive knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
