About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, team handling, and dispatch activities while ensuring stock accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate responsibilities, and monitor productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/reconciliation.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Dispatch, Purchase, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Monitor stock movement, returns, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth dispatch operations.
- Prepare and analyse inventory/warehouse reports and MIS.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, discipline, and proper product storage.




- Implement and follow warehouse SOPs and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, B.Com, BBA, or relevant field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations.
- Strong MS Excel knowledge is mandatory (Pivot table, VLOOKUP)
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
