Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, staff, and movement of garments, bags, and other merchandise. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, timely dispatches, proper storage, and smooth coordination between the warehouse, exhibitions, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Receive, check, count, and properly store incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for garments, bags, and other products.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle loading, unloading, packing, dispatch, and transportation of goods.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement for easy identification and movement.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory audits.
- Track stock movement between warehouse, exhibitions, and retail locations.
- Coordinate with the Exhibition Manager, Sales Team, Purchase Team, and Management.
- Manage warehouse staff, helpers, loaders, and other labour.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor staff productivity.
- Ensure proper handling of products to minimize damage, loss, and misplacement.
- Maintain records of damaged, missing, returned,



and excess stock.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory and warehouse reports.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of storage space.
- Supervise dispatches to different cities and exhibitions.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward stock.
- Implement systems to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Handle urgent stock requirements for exhibitions and retail stores.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in garments, fashion, retail, FMCG, or exhibitions.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.
- Experience managing warehouse staff and labour.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/warehouse software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel or coordinate with teams across different cities when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
