OB SUMMARY

Car Plus Patparganj is looking for an experienced, physically fit and hands-on Warehouse Manager to independently manage warehouse operations.

The candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, inward and outward stock, product storage, order dispatches, stock transfers, returns, warehouse staff and daily operational reporting.

The ideal candidate should be disciplined, responsible, comfortable working on the warehouse floor and capable of leading a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the warehouse
- Supervise inward, outward, picking, packing and dispatch activities
- Verify quantities and product condition during receipt and dispatch
- Ensure correct product labelling, binning and storage
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
- Investigate stock shortages, excess stock and inventory mismatches
- Manage stock transfers between different warehouses
- Handle customer returns, damaged stock and replacement items
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, purchase and dispatch teams
- Allocate work and supervise warehouse employees
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and safety inside the warehouse
- Prevent stock damage, loss, theft and incorrect dispatches
- Prepare daily reports for inward, outward, pending orders and stock differences
- Ensure all records and supporting documents are properly maintained

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse-management experience
- Experience managing warehouse staff and daily operations
- Physically fit and willing to work actively on the warehouse floor
- Honest, disciplined, punctual and responsible
- Robust understanding of inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Capable of handling work pressure and dispatch deadlines
- Comfortable using Excel and inventory-management software
- Able to commute to Patparganj Industrial Area, East Delhi

• Candidates from automotive accessories, retail, distribution, electronics or spare-parts warehouses will be preferred
