About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, manpower, and dispatch while ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Conduct physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Dispatch, Purchase, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Track incoming/outgoing goods, returns, damages, and stock movements.
- Prepare daily/weekly warehouse and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper product storage, warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations,



B.Com, BBA, or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations.
- Robust MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
- ERP/WMS knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong team-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Salary: – ₹ 20,000-30,000 CTC, depending on experience and skills.
