Role & responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including timely filing of returns and handling tax assessments.
- Coordinate and facilitate statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, banking operations, and working capital requirements.
- Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and accounting documentation.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency.




- Analyze financial performance and prepare MIS reports for senior management.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
- Coordinate with banks, statutory authorities, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, corporate governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support management in financial planning, investment decisions, and risk assessment.
- Mentor and supervise finance and accounts staff, ensuring effective team performance.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and automation of finance functions.
- Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by the management.
