Role & responsibilities

- Manage overall security operations of the corporate office, including access control, visitor management, CCTV surveillance, regular security checks, and prevention of theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access.

- Recruit, hire, train, and deploy security guards and helpers as per organizational requirements, while managing their duty rosters, attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.

- Monitor and safeguard company assets and materials, including inward/outward movement and proper documentation of visitors, materials, and incidents.

- Handle security incidents and emergencies, including theft, fire, unauthorized access, and other safety concerns, and coordinate with relevant authorities whenever required.

- Ensure compliance with security, fire-safety, and emergency SOPs, including regular checks of fire equipment, emergency exits, and other safety arrangements.

- Maintain security reports and coordinate with Administration, HR,



and other departments to identify security risks and implement appropriate preventive and loss-control measures.

Preferred candidate profile

- 36 years of experience in retail.

- Experience in supervising security guards and managing store security operations.

- Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring and basic security systems.

- Robust observation and alertness skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly.

- Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures.

- Ability to maintain security records and prepare reports.

- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.

- The candidate must have an army background.
