Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Handle candidate documentation and maintain recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets and timelines.
Requirements
- 6 months 1 year of BFSI recruitment experience.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience using Naukri/job portals preferred.
