Procurement / Sourcing Executive

Designation: Procurement / Sourcing Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana

Reporting To: Purchase Manager / Management

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source medical equipment, hospital furniture, components, raw materials and other required products.
- Find new suppliers/vendors and develop a reliable vendor network.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, quality, specifications and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Follow up on pending orders, dispatches and material deliveries.
- Maintain supplier records, quotation comparisons and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality, Stores and Accounts departments.




- Ensure procurement as per required product specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct market research to identify recent products, suppliers and competitive pricing.
- Handle vendor queries, discrepancies and material-related issues.
- Maintain proper MIS and regular procurement reports.

Required Skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vendor development and sourcing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze costs.
- Knowledge of medical equipment/hospital furniture industry will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and good follow-up skills.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in Medical Equipment / Hospital Furniture / Healthcare / Manufacturing Procurement will be preferred.
