Key Responsibilities & Products:

- Loan Operations: Responsible for smooth Loan Disbursement and ensuring 100% Collection.
- Loan Portfolio: Managing Microfinance JLG Loan, Gold Loan, Personal Loan, and CDL (Consumer Durable Loan).
- Deposits: Handling Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD).

Salary & Benefits:

- During Training: 15,000/- per month
- Post-Training Salary: 20,000/- to 30,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives
- Appraisal: Performance-based Yearly Increment

Mandatory Requirements:

- Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter)
- Valid Driving License (DL)
- Android Smartphone
- Positive knowledge of the local Nagpur/Dabha area
