We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our HR & Finance team at KIMS Hospital, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and managing employee payroll queries accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for hospital staff, doctors, and contractual employees.

- Maintain time-office records, attendance, biometric logs, leave calculations, and shift allowances.

- Ensure full statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax (PT), LWF, and Income Tax/TDS deductions.

- Prepare payroll reconciliations, MIS reports, and variance reports for management review.

- Handle full & final (F&F;) settlements, gratuity calculations, and bonus processing for exiting employees.





- Address and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies raised by employees.

- Coordinate with external auditors and statutory authorities for payroll-related audits.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related fields.

- Proven experience as a Payroll Executive, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.

- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, PT, and TDS calculations.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll software and Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, functions).

- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential data.
