Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, coordinate teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that company processes are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with sales, , technical, installation, service, and back-office teams.
- Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders, installations, services, and other operational activities.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor operational targets, productivity, and work quality.
- Handle customer issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, materials, and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, technicians, and service partners.




- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
- Support management in planning and implementing new operational strategies.
- Monitor expenses and help control unnecessary operational costs.
