Key Responsibilities

- Process simple to complex customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle inquiries from clients related to order status, fulfillment, and product information.
- Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions related to order processing and fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all company and business policies.




- Administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow through the system.
- Monitor and evaluate all order issues, working to resolve discrepancies in production metrics and ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Manage communication with the sales department regarding order status and any necessary follow-up.
- Follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the above tasks and other daily job functions.
- Utilize robust researching capabilities to resolve order-related issues.
- Candidates should be flexible for Rotational Shift.
