JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle international customer interactions through calls, chat, and email.
- Provide basic technical support and resolve customer issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Update and maintain customer information using CRM tools.
- Ensure qualified and effective customer handling.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs can apply.
- Educational documents (Memos) are mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant International BPO experience can apply.
- Age should be below 34 years.
- Career gap of more than 3 years is not acceptable.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level).




- Basic computer and technical knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in night rotational shifts.

WORK DETAILS

- Work From Office (WFO)
- Work Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
- Night rotational shifts
- 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
- 2-Way Cab Facility within 23 KM radius

SALARY for Voice:

- Freshers: Rs. 19,000 per month
- 6 to 18 Months Experience: Rs. 22,000 per month
- Above 18 Months Experience: Rs. 27,000 per month

SALARY for Chat: Min 1 year Exp in International Chat Process (Customer Support) - 29,000 Per month
