Candidate Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & HR Compliance
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC & Payroll Management
- Knowledge of Employee Joining & Exit Formalities
- Handling of Attendance, Leave & Salary Records
- Recruitment, Interview & Employee Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies & Office Rules
- Employee grievance handling & conflict resolution
- Proper maintenance of HR Documentation & Records
- Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Should be responsible, disciplined and skilled
- Clean professional background and good conduct
- Ability to independently handle the complete HR Department
