Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Non-IT HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for telecom industry requirements. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, documentation, onboarding, and joining follow-up for telecom field and operational positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT telecom positions.
- Understand manpower requirements received from clients/project teams.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, social media, databases, and local hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates according to job requirements, location, experience, salary, and availability.
- Conduct bulk/mass recruitment for telecom projects.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Explain job responsibilities, salary, incentives, location, working hours, and employment conditions to candidates.
- Collect and verify required joining documents.
- Coordinate with HR operations/payroll teams for onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
- Track interview, selection, offer, joining, and drop-out status.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future telecom requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily,



weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Support recruitment drives and walk-in drives when required.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience in volume/bulk hiring.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing channels.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and locations simultaneously.
- Positive negotiation and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and tight deadlines.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with an HR or recruitment background.

Preferred Experience :

Candidates with experience in telecom recruitment, staffing, manpower outsourcing, field-force hiring, volume hiring, or recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
