Role & responsibilities

Visit assigned SBI agri loan customers/farmers for soft collection follow-ups

Explain overdue amounts, repayment options & due dates politely

Encourage voluntary repayments and maintain robust customer relationships

Coordinate with SBI branch officials and submit daily visit/collection reports

Update customer interaction details in the mobile app/system as per process

Preferred candidate profile

Age: 22 to 34 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass ( Certificates Mandatory - soft copy)

CBIL Score: 650+ (Mandatory)

Languages: Local Language (R/W/S) + English (R/W)

Must be a local resident of the respective RBO / District

Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving License mandatory

Smartphone required

Freshers / Exp can apply

Salary & Benefits (Net Take-Home)

15,500 / month - Fixed salary

100 per customer visit (Travel Allowance)

500 / month (Mobile Allowance)

1,000 / month Special Pay for DRA-Certified candidates
