Job Discription:

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage endtoend system integration activities for digital platforms and business workflows.
- Coordinate with Internal IT teams, BDTS, and business units to ensure timely development, testing,



and rollout of digital enhancements.
- Conduct continuous market scanning to understand new technologies, digital tools, and industry best practices relevant to the business.
- Drive ideation workshops and translate digital opportunities into actionable requirements, documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
- Oversee feasibility checks, business requirement assessments, and technical validations for upcoming digital initiatives.
- Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders by providing regular updates, resolving integration gaps, and escalating issues where necessary.
- Ensure all digital initiatives comply with internal IT governance, security guidelines, and quality standards.
- Support postdeployment reviews, performance monitoring, and enhancement cycles to strengthen digital adoption.
