We are looking for experienced women professionals with a strong background in Construction Equipment Sales and Equipment Financing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and heavy machinery.
- Manage and close high-value deals of 11.5 crore.
- Handle equipment financing through Banks/NBFCs, including loans, leasing, and hire purchase.
- Develop relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, fleet owners, and developers.
- Identify current business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships and financial negotiations from lead generation to deal closure.
