Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a energetic and target-driven Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth across electrical switchgear, control panels, and industrial automation solutions in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end B2B technical sales, client relationship management, and market expansion targeting OEMs, electrical contractors, panel builders, and industrial end-users.

- B2B Sales & Market Expansion: Drive technical B2B sales for low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical switchgear, control panels, and automation products.
- Lead Generation & Account Management: Identify and onboard new OEM, industrial factory, and panel builder accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing key clients.
- Solution Selling & Technical Consulting: Understand customer technical requirements, recommend appropriate product configurations, and present techno-commercial proposals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal engineering,



estimation, and commercial teams for quotation preparation, pricing, order processing, and delivery schedules.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining an updated sales pipeline, inquiry log, and CRM entries.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Education: Diploma or BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in technical B2B sales within electrical switchgear, control panels, or industrial automation.
- Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of LV/MV switchgear products, industrial component sales, techno-commercial negotiations, and distributor/channel partner handling.
- Skills: Excellent communication, client negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
