Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment & Dispatch Management: Handle shipment booking, loading and unloading verification, proper labeling, and dispatch activities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory logs, process shipping papers, record delivery exceptions (damages or shortages), and update management systems.
- Vendor & Fleet Coordination: Liaise with local transporters, delivery executives, and warehouse staff to ensure on-time execution.
- Customer Support: Answer client inquiries, track waybills, and help resolve delayed or undelivered shipments.Role & responsibilities
