Position: Account Executive

Salary: 25,000+ per month, depending on experience and skills

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s finance and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Work on Tally and Busy accounting software.
- Manage Tally, Busy, and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain bills, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.




- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Support the senior accounts team during audits and month-end closing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com graduate.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good working knowledge of Tally, Busy, and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates who can independently handle routine accounting activities.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Busy, Excel, GST, and basic taxation will be preferred.
- Candidates available to join at short notice will be an advantage.
