Role Description The Visual UI/UX Designer will design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for AImploy’s web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and candidates. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, building interactive prototypes, defining design systems, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in user interface and visual design, including layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.

- Experience in user experience design, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

- Proficiency with up-to-date design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).

- Ability to conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.





- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistent design standards.

- Comfort collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams in an agile development environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.

- Prior experience designing B2B or SaaS products;

experience in HR tech or AI-driven platforms is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including problem framing and measurable outcomes.
