JOB DESCRIPTIONVisa Counsellor Company Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat Experience: 2 Years Positions: 1 Gender: Female Candidate Preferred Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities Applicant Counselling Handle enquiries from students and visa applicants. Understand the applicant's educational background, career objectives, financial situation and preferred destination. Provide information about suitable study and visa options based on the applicant's profile.

Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, application procedures and expected timelines. Conduct counselling sessions through face-to-face meetings, phone calls and online communication. Lead Management & Conversion Handle incoming leads and enquiries professionally.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective applicants. Explain the company's services and application process. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Convert suitable enquiries into applications in accordance with company processes.

Applicant Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the consultation process. Address applicant questions and concerns. Coordinate with the processing team after the applicant decides to proceed.

Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed cases to the visa processing team. Follow-Up & Reporting Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions and follow-ups.

Update CRM / internal records regularly. Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding enquiries, follow-ups and conversions. Follow up on inactive or pending leads.



Market & Process Knowledge Stay updated on company-approved visa and study options.

Develop knowledge of destination-country requirements and application procedures. Attend internal training sessions and product/process updates. Provide applicants with accurate information and escalate cases when clarification is required.

Experience: 2 Years Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust interest in counselling and sales may be considered.

Experience in: Visa consultancy Immigration Overseas education Student counselling Travel consultancy Sales Customer relationship management will be an advantage.
