We are looking for freshers and Final-year students who are interested in building a career as a Virtual Relationship Manager in the FinTech, Wealth Management and Financial Services domain. The role involves customer interaction, explaining financial products, lead follow-ups, customer onboarding and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain MidFin360 products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, NPS, Deposits and other financial products.
- Assist customers with onboarding, KYC and investment-related queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM/system.
- Support customer conversions and relationship management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer query and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
- Follow company processes and applicable regulatory/compliance guidelines.
- Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and wealth management.
Eligibility & Skills
- Final-year students pursuing Graduation / Post-Graduation or fresh graduates.
- Any educational background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn financial products and wealth management.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.
- Tamil & English proficiency preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of financial products will be an added advantage.

Work Location: Coimbatore & Chennai Note: The first 2 months will be internship period. Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be moved to the Trainee position with a monthly stipend until completion of their final examinations.
