About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team at Our Quotient (OQ). In this role, you'll produce engaging, visually compelling video content for social media, YouTube, brand films, and website assets — bringing client briefs to life while staying true to brand tone and identity.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling through visuals, stays on top of social media trends, and enjoys experimenting with new editing tools and AI-driven techniques to elevate content quality.

Note: This role requires a mix of 80% video editing and 20% graphic design/editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging videos and animations based on creative briefs for social media and other brand assets
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into strong visual content
- Build video frames, moodboards, and set visual tone/direction for brand consistency
- Edit additional video assets — website videos, YouTube content, brand films, and AVs
- Incorporate internal and client feedback to continuously improve output
- Track and meet Turnaround Time (TAT) for all assigned projects
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, editing styles, and consumer psychology
- Leverage skilled editing tools and AI to enhance video quality and efficiency
- Report progress regularly and manage tasks in real time on ZOHO

What We're Looking For





- Hands-on experience in video editing with a strong understanding of visual storytelling
- Proficiency in professional editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) and familiarity with AI-based editing tools
- Working knowledge of motion graphics/animation and moodboard creation
- Understanding of social media content strategy, algorithms, and current trends
- Strong grasp of brand identity maintenance and consumer psychology
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Team player with strong communication and feedback-incorporation skills

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
