VIDEO KYC VERIFICATION / AUDIT – JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer and Case Identification

· Verify customer/application reference number. · Confirm the date and time of the Video KYC session.

· Check customer details against the onboarding records.

1. Identity Document Verification

· Verify the customer's identity document. · Check document validity, readability, and consistency with customer information.

· Confirm that the identity document belongs to the customer participating in the video session.

1. Live Video Verification

· Conduct or review the Video KYC session through the approved platform. · Confirm the customer's physical presence during the session.

· Perform or verify facial matching and liveness checks.

· Follow the required verification questions and procedures.

1. KYC Officer / Agent Verification

· Verify that the authorized KYC officer/agent conducted the session. · Check the officer's identification and authorization details.

· Ensure that the prescribed KYC verification process was followed.

1. Recording and Audit Trail

· Verify availability of video recordings, photographs, timestamps, and system logs. · Ensure that records are correctly linked to the respective customer/case.





· Check that KYC records are securely maintained and protected from unauthorized access or alteration.

1. Data and Compliance Checks

· Verify that required customer information has been captured accurately. · Check compliance with applicable KYC, privacy, data-security, and record-retention requirements.

· Identify and document exceptions or failed verification attempts.

1. Audit Conclusion and Reporting

· Review and document the outcome of each verification. · Mark cases as Pass, Fail, Exception, or Not Applicable.

· Record observations and supporting evidence.

· Escalate discrepancies and initiate corrective actions where required.

· Complete the audit report and ensure proper closure of findings.

Pay: Up to ₹18,500.00 per month
