Role Overview

We are looking for a fast, highly creative, and technically agile Short Form Video Producer & AI Specialist to join our rapid-response video production team in Bangalore.

The role combines traditional political PR, short-form video production, motion graphics, and cutting-edge generative AI workflows. You will transform live rally recordings, speeches, press conferences, and other events into engaging social media content within hours, while also creating AI-generated short stories, visual fables, animations, and dynamic political narratives from scratch.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving newsroom and campaign environment, where speed, creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rapid Event Reel Editing

- Transform raw rally recordings, press conferences, interviews, and political speeches into high-engagement vertical videos.
- Produce content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms.
- Identify powerful moments, sound bites, emotional hooks, and newsworthy statements.
- Deliver polished content within tight turnaround times, often within hours of an event.

1. AI Visual Storytelling

- Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce AI-generated short stories and visual narratives.
- Create animated AI stories, political fables, historical narratives, and cinematic sequences.
- Generate photorealistic and stylized visuals using modern AI image and video generation tools.
- Develop creative concepts from a brief and take them through ideation, generation, editing, and final delivery.

1. Motion Graphics & Political Branding





- Create professional lower-thirds, title animations, transitions, maps, election statistics, charts, and data visualizations.
- Develop branded overlays and visual systems for political campaigns and organizations.
- Create dynamic graphics designed to maximize audience retention and engagement.
- Maintain consistency with campaign and organizational branding guidelines.

1. Audio Restoration & AI Voiceover

- Clean and restore audio recorded in rallies, public events, interviews, and outdoor environments.
- Remove background noise, crowd noise, distortion, and unwanted environmental sounds.
- Isolate speech and improve voice clarity.
- Use AI voice-generation and voice-cloning tools for approved narration and storytelling workflows.
- Synchronize voiceovers with AI-generated characters and visual content.

1. Automated Content Repurposing

- Process long-form speeches, interviews, debates, and panel discussions.
- Identify high-value and potentially viral moments.
- Convert long-form content into multiple short-form clips.
- Apply dynamic captions, kinetic typography, visual emphasis, and platform-specific formatting.
- Build efficient AI-assisted workflows to increase content output without compromising quality.

1. Thumbnail & Creative Asset Design

- Design high-impact thumbnails for short-form and long-form content.
- Create quote cards, political graphics, caricatures, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
- Use AI-assisted image generation and editing tools to create compelling visual assets.
- Perform image retouching, background cleanup, compositing, and generative edits.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience in short-form video production, digital media, political campaigns, PR agencies, media organizations, or high-growth digital channels.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for video, images, audio, and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of short-form content formats and audience-retention techniques.
- Strong editorial judgment and the ability to identify compelling hooks from raw footage.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and rapid turnaround requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Willingness to work on-site during rallies, political events, press conferences, and other live events when required.
