Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Full-Time Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our fast-paced marketing agency. In this role, you will be the creative powerhouse behind our visual content pipeline, turning concepts into high-converting video campaigns for our diverse roster of clients. You will seamlessly blend rhythmic video editing with dynamic animations to create attention-grabbing content across social media, paid ads, websites, and brand presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Video Production & Editing

- Cut, splice, and assemble raw client footage into quick-paced, high-impact marketing videos.
- Edit multiple versions of a single campaign optimized for different platform formats (e.g., vertical 9:16 for TikTok/Reels, square 1:1 for feeds, and widescreen 16:9 for YouTube).
- Elevate video quality through expert color correction, audio mixing, and sound design to match individual client brand guidelines.

Motion Graphics & Visual Assets

- Conceptualise and build dynamic motion graphics, typography animations, logo reveals, and custom transitions from scratch.
- Design and animate eye-catching hooks for paid ad creatives to maximize viewer retention and click-through rates.
- Create animated assets like lower thirds, callouts, and explainers that simplify complex brand messaging.

Collaboration & Campaign Management





- Brainstorm and storyboard alongside agency copywriters, creative directors, and account managers to bring campaign briefs to life.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously under tight agency deadlines without sacrificing creative quality.
- Maintain an ultra-organized server architecture with clean project files, clear versioning, and archived assets for easy team collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably within an agency environment handling multiple client brands.
- Portfolio: A diverse showreel showcasing slick video pacing, storytelling, and high-quality motion design.
- Core Software Mastery: Advanced, daily hands-on proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects (for advanced animation, keyframing, and visual effects)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (for timeline editing, multi-cam, and audio layout)
- Adobe Photoshop (for asset preparation, photo manipulation, and graphic layouts)
- (Bonus) Adobe Illustrator for handling vector graphics and icons.

Agency Skills: High speed and efficiency in workflow, exceptional attention to detail, and the resilience to handle rapid client feedback and revisions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
