Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Rajendra Place.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for marketing, brand storytelling, and internal communication, ensuring alignment with IndusTreeBiz’s strategic and creative goals. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and refining video content, applying color correction and grading, integrating motion graphics and visual assets, and optimizing videos for various digital platforms.



The role involves collaborating with consulting, marketing, and design teams to translate complex business concepts into engaging visual narratives.

The Video

Editor will also manage media assets, maintain organized project files, and support continuous improvement of video quality and production workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating high-quality, coherent video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and qualified-quality output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate dynamic visual elements and brand assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
- Ability to understand brand and business objectives, follow creative briefs, and deliver videos tailored to marketing and consulting needs.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in corporate, consulting, or agency settings is an advantage; a degree or formal training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
