Role Summary

You will turn raw footage and long-form recordings into high-retention short videos. You will work with the marketing team to boost brand visibility through trends, dynamic pacing, and strong hooks.

Key Responsibilities

- Cut and polish raw video footage into short-form reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

- Add dynamic captions, subtitles, text overlays, and sound effects.

- Color-correct video clips and balance background audio.

- Keep project files and raw footage organized properly.

Requirements & Skills

- Basic or intermediate knowledge of tools like Adobe, CapCut, Final Cut or Canva.

- Robust sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and current social media trends.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and accept feedback.

- Optional but positive if currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Mass Communication, Film, Media, or a related field.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
