About Fluent FeedFluent Feed is an AI-powered English learning platform designed to make English learning more engaging, practical, and consistent.

We create short, interesting learning experiences around real-world topics instead of traditional, repetitive lessons.

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Content Creator who can help us turn ideas into engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.

What You'll Do

- Edit engaging short-form videos, reels, and educational content for Fluent Feed.
- Turn simple ideas, scripts, or raw footage into videos that people actually want to watch.
- Create videos around:
- English learning
- Vocabulary & compelling words
- Common English mistakes
- Communication tips
- Real-world topics
- Founder/startup content
- Fluent Feed's product and features
- Experiment with different hooks, editing styles, transitions, captions, pacing, and storytelling techniques.
- Add subtitles, animations, sound effects, music, stock footage, and other elements wherever required.
- Repurpose one piece of content into different formats for multiple platforms.
- Work closely with the founder/content team to understand the idea and execute the final video.
- Keep up with current short-form video trends and identify formats that could work for Fluent Feed.
- Help develop a recognizable visual/content style for the brand.





What We're Looking ForWe are not looking for someone who only knows how to cut clips together. We want someone who understands why a video works.

You should have:

- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
- Ability to create a strong hook within the first few seconds.
- Good sense of pacing, transitions, typography, music, and visual storytelling.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with different formats.
- Ability to take ownership of a video from idea → edit → final output.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to receive feedback and improve quickly.

ToolsExperience with any of the following is welcome:
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Canva
- Other editing/motion-design tools

You don't need to know every tool. We care more about the quality of your work and your creative thinking. Bonus If You Can

- Create motion graphics or simple animations.
- Work with AI video/image generation tools.
- Create engaging thumbnails or cover designs.
- Understand Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / LinkedIn content formats.
- Write or improve hooks and short-form scripts.
- Edit talking-head/founder videos.




- Create visually interesting educational content.
