Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Artist. The role involves editing video content for a variety of formats, including social media, digital campaigns, and branded content, while ensuring smooth pacing, clear storytelling, and adherence to brand guidelines.

The team member will create motion graphics and visual effects, design graphic elements, and integrate them with footage to produce engaging, polished videos. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative and account teams, organizing and managing raw assets, performing basic to advanced color grading,



and preparing final deliverables in required formats and resolutions. The role also includes contributing ideas during concept development, maintaining project timelines, and staying current with design and video trends and software features.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end workflows from raw footage to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across different projects.
- Hands-on experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating titles, lower-thirds, animated elements, and other visual assets.
- Ability to work with industry-standard software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools).
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and sound integration.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional creative teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, animation, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating video and motion work is required.
