Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Video Creator and Social Media Specialist. The role involves planning, scripting, and producing video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns.

The specialist will handle filming or asset collection, video editing, motion graphics integration, and post-production to create engaging multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, publishing content, optimizing video formats for each platform, and collaborating with design, marketing,



and development teams to support ongoing campaigns. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, suggesting creative improvements, and staying current with trends in video and social media.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia for planning and creating high-quality visual content.
- Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Video Editing to produce engaging and polished videos.
- Experience in Video Post-Production, including sound design, color correction, and final delivery formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices for video content.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories and campaigns.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
