Role Description : The Video and Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The designer will create and edit videos, motion graphics, and visual assets for marketing, training, and brand communication across digital platforms.

Daily tasks include conceptualizing storyboards, designing engaging visuals, animating graphics, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate complex agriscience concepts into clear, compelling visual stories. The role involves managing the end-to-end video production process, optimizing assets for various channels,



and maintaining brand consistency across all multimedia content. The designer will also contribute creative ideas to campaigns, support internal communications, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content.

Qualifications :

- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating agile and engaging visual content.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including filming, editing, sound design, and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing visual assets, layouts, and brand-aligned creative materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital campaigns, and corporate presentations is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical or scientific information into accessible visuals are important.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
