Role Description The Vice President of Treasury Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the organization’s global treasury function and optimizing liquidity across the Freedom Lifestyle Group ecosystem. This role manages cash flow forecasting, daily cash positioning, banking relationships, and payment operations to ensure funds are available for business needs and growth initiatives.

The Vice

President of Treasury Operations leads the development and implementation of treasury policies, systems, and controls, working closely with finance, accounting, risk management, and operating teams across multiple brands and markets.

Key responsibilities include monitoring working capital, overseeing investments and debt facilities, supporting strategic transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.



The role also involves building and mentoring a treasury team, driving process automation, and providing executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Treasury Management and Cash Management skills, including liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and bank account management.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Accounting skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, support capital structure decisions, and collaborate with the broader finance organization.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, financial modeling, and the ability to develop metrics and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess experience with treasury systems, banking platforms, and process automation tools relevant to large, multi-entity organizations.
- Candidates should possess strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience building and leading teams, influencing cross-functional partners, and communicating with executive leadership.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are beneficial.
- Experience in high-growth, technology-driven, or digital services companies and familiarity with international treasury operations are advantageous.
