Alliances, College Tie-ups &
- MOU Negotiations • University Collaboration Strategy: Deeply inclined towards macro and corporate strategy in how to approach institutions and effectively pitch the value proposition of blended vocational courses to leadership tiers.
- Strategic College Tie-ups: Build, develop, and scale wide-scale collaborations with premium educational institutions, autonomous bodies in education, and university institutions globally for the launch of blended vocational programs.
- Accreditation Collaborations: Establish and execute formal partnerships and collaborations with regulatory bodies and institutions for course accreditation and certification.
- Agreements &
- MOUs: Act as the lead architect for designing, validating, and formalizing institutional agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with partner colleges and university alliances.
- Solid Negotiation: Utilize authoritative negotiation skills to secure optimal commercial splits, operational autonomy, and aligned academic standards with chancellors, deans, and university boards.

- Pricing Execution: Strategize, define, and execute comprehensive marketing and pricing strategies for the launch of academic courses blended with vocational learning.
- Industry-Academia Research: Conduct proactive academic and market research in developing deeply sustainable Industry-Academia Partnerships to drive natural student pipelines.
- End-to-End Course Development &
- Academic Program Launch • Vertical Launch: Launch and systematically scale a completely new business vertical offering blended degree courses natively pairing academics and vocational learning.

- Viability:



Evaluate the commercial and professional viability of new educational-vocational courses and plan their formal launches across educational networks.
- Market-Driven Course Design: Formulate identification protocols for new courses to be launched entirely based on active corporate and industry requirements.
- Curriculum Design: Prepare course frameworks, structure definitions, and direct curriculum development for complex projects (such as PG Diploma Courses in LSCM in the Pharma Industry).
- Content Agency Orchestration: Manage the shortlisting of course content agencies and qualified content writers (SMEs) to write bespoke course content mapping directly to job roles and course specifications.
- QP Integration: Oversee the development of course content ensuring strict compliance with the designated Qualification Packs (QP) of the course.
- Study Material Validation: Directly evaluate and handle the validation of study materials and case studies incorporated by content writers, checking for: Material/content quality, Structural/virtual environments, Communication/interactivity, Student assessment protocols, Faculty qualifications, and Resource allocation. 5.

Digital

Delivery, LMS Integration &
- Infrastructure Setup • LMS Program Execution: Drive the flawless execution of blended academic and vocational learning programs utilizing state-of-the-art Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- LMS Feature Optimization: Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of key LMS features to provide top-tier effective learning material, instructor-led materials, faculty support, and self paced learning pathways.
- E-Learning Implementation: Apply hands-on experience in the structural deployment of LMS for large-scale E-learning programs and maintain an updated E-learning data bank / library to educate stakeholders and faculties on emerging business market trends.
- Infrastructure Foundations: Direct the technical infrastructure blueprinting, develop operating SOPs, and ensure continuous compliance mechanisms for blended hybrid onsite and E learning programs.
- Centres of Excellence:



Supervise the physical establishment of robust training infrastructure and 'Centres of Excellence' located directly at the partner university campuses launching the courses. 6.

Quality

Assurance, Multi-Location Team Leadership &
- Audits • Lesson Plan Auditing: Conduct rigorous quality audits of educational lesson plans to verify structural effectiveness, pedagogical depth, and timeline adherence.
- Content Quality Control: Perform deep quality audits of course content frameworks, specifically for digital/E-learning program environments.
- Multi-Location Training Operations: Oversee and manage multiple training programs simultaneously across wide-scale multi-location skill development centers.
- Training Quality &
- TOT: Lead the onboarding and training of trainers for maximum instructional delivery while conducting quality audits of training programs across all nodes.
- SOP Compliance: Enforce rigorous compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) during the live conduct of trainings at skill development centers.
- Faculty &
- Admin Governance: Onboard, supervise, and lead a robust team of core faculties, education administrators, trainers, technical teams, and Adjunct Faculty members.
- End-to-End Program Management: Independently design, construct, and act as a content developer or faculty trainer for cross-functional programs and logistics tracks.
- Cross-Functional Interfacing: Champion complete cross-functional integration by providing critical domain inputs to internal functional, business development, and core operations teams.
- Assessment Oversight &
- Skill Gaps: Conduct quality assessments via trainers, facilitate centralized online assessment tests across centers, and monitor results. Use constant feedback evaluation techniques to evaluate skill gaps of participating candidates against the job skills intended to be performed.
- Policy, Compliance &
- Target Audience Framework • Policy Analysis: Apply comprehensive knowledge of national academic and vocational learning policies to identify new opportunities in the vocational segment.
- Accreditation Knowledge: Maintain advanced understanding of institutional accreditation procedures, course launch regulations, and certification governance.
- Target Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively influence, pitch to, and manage Deans, Chancellors, Vice-chancellors, and administrators of Open Skill Universities and autonomous education bodies.
- Central Body Liaising: Maintain active professional relationships with policy champions and educationalists associated with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), and the University Grants Commission (UGC).
