- Source and onboard new suppliers aligned with the companys service standards and brand values
- Maintain an updated database of supplier contracts,



contacts, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, planning, operations)
- Support the implementation of vendor-related tech platforms or CRM tools
- Resolve venue-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in developing SOPs and policies for vendor onboarding and engagement
- Help in organizing vendor meets, workshops, or wedding events.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and vendor CRM tools Passion for the wedding or events industr
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
