Key Responsibilities: Contact new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels. Verify customer details, travel requirements, destination preferences, travel dates, budget, and contact information. Assess the authenticity and quality of leads before assigning them to the Sales team.

Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system. Categorize leads based on qualification criteria and customer readiness. Follow up with customers when additional information is required. Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely lead allocation.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
