- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch term insurance plans.
- Guide customers through product selection and address inquiries.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining process compliance.
Requirements:
- Education: HSC / Graduate (candidates pursuing current or future education are not eligible).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO, Sales, or Insurance.
- Skills: Fluent in English & Hindi with robust persuasion skills.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
