About The Role

We build AI products for luxury real estate — conversational agents, lead intelligence, bilingual (English/Arabic) buyer journeys, and internal agent tooling.

We are not looking for someone to skin a chatbot. We want a designer who thinks in AI-native patterns: non-deterministic outputs, streaming responses, confidence and citations, human-in-the-loop, graceful failure, and multi-step agentic flows.

You will own end-to-end product design across customer-facing and internal AI products, working directly with engineering and business stakeholders.

Your role involves creating intuitive, efficient, and innovative interfaces that cater to the unique demands of AI-driven solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for both users and internal teams.

Qualifications

4–6+ years in product design / UX with real shipped products. A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your work is required.

Demonstrable experience in designing AI products — specifically, designing features powered by large language models or machine learning — is essential.



You should have hands-on experience with AI-driven interfaces and understand the nuances involved in designing for non-deterministic outputs and complex workflows.

Proficiency with AI design tooling such as Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, Midjourney/Sora for concepting is expected. You should utilize AI tools to enhance your design process, moving five times faster through ideation and iteration.

Strong systems thinking skills are critical — including information architecture, user flows, states, and handling edge cases. Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments, and direct stakeholder engagement is necessary.

Ability to prototype in code (HTML, React, Tailwind) or at minimum read and specify against it is preferred, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Design AI-first experiences across various touchpoints including chat interfaces, agent workflows, search and discovery functions, recommendations, and lead qualification processes.
- Define interaction patterns for managing uncertainty — including streaming and loading states, partial answers, hallucination guardrails, and escalation pathways to human agents.
- Design bilingual interfaces in English and Arabic, ensuring right-to-left (RTL) layouts are integrated seamlessly into the user experience,



addressing RTL as a core design challenge.
- Create rapid clickable prototypes, conduct user testing with real users, and iterate on designs weekly to refine usability and effectiveness.
- Own and evolve the design system, including developing design tokens that engineers can implement efficiently, maintaining consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams — writing detailed specifications, reviewing builds, and ensuring the final product aligns with the design vision, especially in complex AI workflows.
